CASL

Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL) is anti-spam law that requires Canadian and global organizations that send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) within, from or to Canada to receive consent from recipients before sending messages.

GDPR

GDPR is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas.

ACMA

The Australian Communications and Media Authority Act is responsible for ensuring industry compliance within the unsolicited communications space.

NCOA

National Change of Address is a product of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and is used to provide updated and accurate addresses for individuals, families, and businesses.

DNC

The National Do Not Call Registry is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation’s consumer protection agency.

TPS/CTPS

This is a list of organisations (limited companies, public limited companies and Scottish partnerships) who have registered their wish not to receive unsolicited direct marketing calls. Applicable to UK.
